To do this we employ a policy of constant retraining of all the staff, who frequently attend seminars at the Redken academy in London and other cities in the country.

We have also been educated in Portugal, Iceland and in January 2 members of staff are attending seminars in Las Vegas. This year the Mamouchi hairdressing salon made it through to the final 6 in the British hairdressing business awards in both 'salon team of the year' and 'manager of the year' categories. We also offer style account to our customers which is an interactive system to allow clients to create their own personal hair history account.
